How long does delivery take?
The delivery process consists of two phases:

Processing Time:
Orders are reviewed, approved, and packed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Once ready, your package is prepared for shipping.

Shipping Time:
Once collected by our logistics partner, the average shipping times are:

Please note: These are standard delivery times and do not include potential customs clearance delays. During high-traffic seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), delivery may take slightly longer.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:
5 to 10 business days (processing + shipping)

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 19:00 (GMT +01:00 London) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 19:00 will be processed the next business day.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom. This includes insurance for loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Where is my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this code to follow your shipment via our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

My tracking code is not working, what now?
Tracking information may take up to 2 business days to become active after shipment. Thank you for your patience. If there are still no updates after that time, feel free to contact us.
